Collaborative Projects

House of Teens (HOT) is a youth community development program sponsored by Divine Redeemer Presbyterian Church open to 6th - 12th graders and is hosted on the HNS campus. Programs include:


Teen Night is a fun free-flowing evening that includes a free home-cooked dinner.


R.E.A.C.H. is a week-day program where youth get homework assistance and participate in other educational activities.


Youth Leadership Team is a youth program where participants complete leadership development curriculum and are given opportunities to assume leadership roles at House of Teens and in the community.


English as a Second Language (ESL) is a free, multi-level class offered by Divine Redeemer Presbyterian Church in conjunction with San Antonio Independent School District and HNS for anyone who has a desire to learn English.


Overeaters Anonymous is a Spanish language outreach program run by Overeaters Anonymous volunteers to assist those with destructive patterns in eating.


Aerodance & Aerobics are community driven exercise classes held Monday-Friday from 8-10 AM. These free classes combine a variety of dance genres and intense aerobics to help participants work off stress and become healthier individuals. In addition to these classes, wellness workshops are offered to educate and empower participants to live more balanced lives.
